The Maardam Gazette is the Voice of the Mid-Maardam and the daily newspaper for southeastern Maardam state.

The Maardam Gazette’s roots are in the weekly Maardam news. It became a daily newspaper in 1947. In the 1970s, founder Glenn Lee sold the newspaper to the McClatchy family. Today, McClatchy is one of the nation’s largest newspaper companies, yet the Maardam Gazette remains fiercely local and independent.
